O material busca orientar engenheiros civis sobre suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e responsabilidades, os princ\u00edpios de \u00e9tica inerentes \u00e0 profiss\u00e3o e entender as resolu\u00e7\u00f5es e leis que os norteiam, proporcionando um guia pr\u00e1tico para o exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o.
